A women-only gravel bikepacking getaway and cross-cultural experience
If you’re looking for a different way to explore Catalunya, the Pirinexus offers a unique cross-border experience. This 360 km circular route starts in Girona, heading north to Olot and Camprodon, crossing into France via the Pyrenees Mountains, and then descending southward to the Costa Brava before looping back to Girona. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the most picturesque villages of France and Spain.
We have divided the Pirinexus route into five sections, ranging from 50 to 80 km each day. This will allow you to fully immerse in the stunning landscapes and peaceful off-road paths. It winds through some of Catalunya’s most beautiful scenery, including the Costa Brava coastline and charming towns in southern France. Starting from Girona, we will enjoy the gravel route at a relaxed pace over five days, allowing plenty of time to explore the diverse and culturally rich towns and villages along the way.
At the end of each day, we'll unwind with stretching and yoga sessions, followed by savouring local cuisine at authentic French and Catalan restaurants. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the culture and flavours of the region while rejuvenating for the next leg of the journey.

No gravel experience? No problem! For this trip, all that is required it to be comfortable riding 60-80km, be in good physical shape and willing to take on a little adventure! The rides will include plenty of breaks for pictures, delicious food and coffee. We’re not looking for performance, but rather to enjoy the scenery and have fun :)
Of course. If you're concerned you don't have the training for this trip, a lightweight gravel E-bike is an option so you can enjoy the trip with little effort. E-gravel bikes are available from EUR 370 for the week at Eat Sleep Cycle and we'd be happy to help with the booking.
This is a women-only trip for all ages, all origins! Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome to join. We provide a safe space for women to ride on gravel in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
